1. General Information
This website and the Truly Yours mail club are operated by Truly Yours. By accessing this website, purchasing a one-time gift, or subscribing to a monthly membership, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content provided through the Truly Yours and Truly Yours, With Love subscriptions—including but not limited to original written letters, custom recipes, mocktail pairings, photographs, website copy, and physical ephemera—is the exclusive intellectual property of Truly Yours.

All materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or resell any part of the mailers, letters, or site content without prior written consent.

3. Subscription & Billing Terms
By enrolling in a Truly Yours subscription, you agree to a recurring monthly charge. You will be billed automatically on the same day of the month that you initially subscribed.

  • Modifications & Cancellations: You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellations must be made prior to your next billing date. We are unable to refund subscription charges once they have been processed.

  • Sign-Up Cutoffs: The cutoff to receive the upcoming month’s mailing is the 27th of the current month. Orders placed after the 27th will be applied to the following month's dispatch.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom, tangible nature of this mail club, all purchases are strictly final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any one-time purchases or subscription charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery Liability
To preserve the charm of traditional snail mail, all envelopes are shipped using standard stamped postage and do not include tracking information.

  • We fulfill and mail all orders during the first week of the month.

  • Once fulfillment is confirmed, please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. deliveries and up to 21 business days for international deliveries.

  • While we are not liable for mail delayed or lost by the postal service, your experience matters deeply to us. If your envelope has not arrived after the estimated timeframe, or if it arrives significantly damaged, please contact us at Trulyyoursmailclub@gmail.com for assistance.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. Address updates must be made in the customer portal before the 27th of the month.

6. Independent Operation
All content, correspondence, and recipes are solely authored, designed, and curated by the creator. We do not utilize business partners or co-writers, ensuring a singular, cohesive creative vision for every piece of mail.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
