Shipping policy

♥ Mailing Schedule: All monthly envelopes are thoughtfully prepared and shipped out during the first week of the month. The sign-up cutoff for the upcoming month’s letter is the 27th. (For example: If you join between March 1st and March 27th, your first letter will be the April edition, which ships the first week of April. If you join after March 27th, your journey will begin with the May edition).

♥ Shipping Method & Tracking: To preserve the nostalgic charm of traditional snail mail—and to keep memberships affordable—all orders are shipped using standard stamped postage. Because of this, tracking information is not available.

♥ Delivery Timeframes: Snail mail moves at its own beautiful pace! Once you receive your fulfillment confirmation, please allow up to 14 business days for United States deliveries and up to 21 business days for international destinations.

♥ Lost or Delayed Mail: Sometimes, the postal service takes a little longer than expected. If your envelope has not arrived after the 14-day (U.S.) or 21-day (International) timeframe, please reach out via the contact form or email Trulyyoursmailclub@gmail.com so I can help make it right.

♥ Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you are moving or need to update your delivery details, you can easily do so in the customer portal. Address changes must be made before the 27th of the month to ensure your next envelope reaches the correct mailbox.
